The clean is clean and bed is comfortable. Location is good. Many 7-11 just a min walk. Restaurant with great value nearby. BIG C supermarket where you can buy lots of local titbit there, just 12 mins walk.

We stayed 12 nights at spenza with our family. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. Location is super as there is lots of shops close by walking distance and street foods and street market is very close by walking distance 2 minutes. Hotel staffs are very helpful.
